Thanks for the wonderful trip report! How far from the Muguet was the metro? Also, were there restaurants closeby? We stayed at Champ de Mars in the 7th last trip, but are interested in the Muguet for our trip in the fall. I know they both use the Ecole Military Metro stop, but I can't tell just how far it is on the website. Sometimes things are farther than they appear in a drawing. Thanks for your help!

Hi blh,
The metro was about 2 1/2 blocks away, but it was the Latour-Maubourg metro stop. Ecole Militaire is not far either, but Latour was a bit closer.
Restaurants were very close, especially Bistro 7eme and Le Maupertu. Another one, Pasco (Italian food) was just at the end of the block. It looked nice, and the menu looked good, but we ran out of days!
