Should add, when looking at prices I check flights out of nearby American cities( Seattle) as I would consider travelling across border to get a great flight, it used to be true a while back that was the way to get some good deals, now, not so much, LOL

Hi: I booked with them in January for Sept flight to Venice return in October from Naples. Fare was appx $400 lower than airline and when I called UA about the low fare offer they said they could not meet that fare which was 1212pp including taxes.so around 899 before taxes.
They have however changed times 3 times so far adding up to about 15 min overall. I get a twice a month update where fares are going and I am still ahead of the game.
There is one problem the booking number they give you will not match the airlines. I called UA to be sure I was booked and the agent said I needed to have their UA\Luf booking number which she gave me.
So Far so good......................
