Walking tour recommendations in Arles, and also in Avignon

Looking for recommendations for approximately 2-3 hour walking tour in Arles and also in Avignon. If you’ve taken one, I’d love to hear what you thought of it. . Thanks in advance.

Get a Rick Steves guidebook and do your own -- both cities are very easy to manage. In Avignon, we hopped on a carriage or streetcar of some type (8 years ago so faint on details) and Arles was easily marked with numbered signage.
