Re. maps: I read an old post about www.redmaps.com. The size of these maps looks good. Does anyone know how accurate they are for Rome and Venice?

Ignore the fact that the Italians will scorn your shiny, white Nikes or similar; wear them! They aren't traipsing all over town on foot. I made that mistake.

I was thinking of taking the directions from my google map and the map I'm considering buying, have the two just in case. The list of places keeps growing, the google map says 1 hr 20 min, without stops so I figure probably 3 since I'm planning on taking it slow and stopping in all these places.
