I went to google.co.uk, typed in "walking tours wales", and up came lots of links for walking tours in Wales. It seems to depend which part of Wales your neighbour wants to walk in - coast, mountains, north, or south.
Have a look, and I hope you find something to suit. Good luck.

I'd recommend the Pembrokeshire Coast Path (give it a Google!) - I live on the north coast of Pembs. and I know that some new guided walks were introduced this summer to take advantage of the magical sightings of whales and dolphins in the area. This is a great place for unaccompanied rambling too, although some parts of the path aren't exactly easy-going. I'll try and find some more info. soon when I've got a bit more time....off to the pub now for the monthly quiz!
