Christie, <BR>there's no "right" answer to your question, it will depend on you. The easy answer would be to split it 3 and 3, but... <BR>Florence is art and architecture heaven--if you are interested in Renaissance art, in three days you could see some highlights, but not everything by a longshot. If you have good weather,you might want to take another day and go elsewhere in Tuscany for a day, to wonderful Siena, and/or San Gimignano, for example. <BR>If you are interested in shopping, <BR>Florence has some wonderful shops for leather goods, ceramics, etc. <BR> <BR>I love Florence, but I LOVE Venice. <BR>Venice has some wonderful art as well, but as much of it is in churches as in museums or galleries. But even if you don't go to one museum in Venice, <BR>you can have a dream of a time if <BR>you just wander the streets, perhaps with a destination in mind, but not necesssarily. <BR>I just got back from Venice and I already ache to go back. <BR>Dividing your days? Either the 3 and 3, or, reluctantly, 4 in F and 2 in V. Think about how you like to spend your time. <BR>Good luck. <BR>
