Venice, Santa Croce Apartment (from the description) next to the prestigious school of San Rocco and the church of the Frari (Titian's Assumption). Overlooking in Campazzo Tolentini, opposite the university of architecture and homonym church. We like the idea of being close to the train station so we don't have to drag bags over the bridges, however, I wonder if we are in a high traffic area as people come off the trains, parking lots, and the cruise ships and head toward (presumably) St. Mark's Square and other major sites. Do you think we will be in a heavy traffic pattern? Should we expect to hear the horns from trains, cars and/or cruise ships after mid-night? General comments regarding this location will be appreciated. The other area we are looking at is the Dorsoduro Sestiere, if the comments are too negative for this location.

It is actually a low traffic area, so no worries about too many people. I doubt that noise will be a problem either.
