Vatican Tour in English

Has anyone experienced a private or semi-private Vatican tour that you really enjoyed? I would like the kids to learn from the experience. We are a family of four who need an English tour.

What are your thoughts on the best time to tour the Vatican and the Chapel.....morning or afternoon?

Thanks!

We used context tours when we were in Rome in May for the Vatican Museum/St. Peters tour. They were great. http://www.contexttravel.com/city/Rome

I would book a private guide as they will cater to your family. There is a long thread about private guides in Rome if you do a search.
