I'm getting married in Varenna (Villa Cipressi) this September. I've just realized that the wedding would be on the weekend of the Italian Grand Prix (in nearby Monza). My question is two-fold...can i expect Varenna to be totally overrun with people and therefore a nightmare and has anyone attended any weddings or had their own at Villa Cipressi? Thanks!!

I suspect if any of the mid-lake places are "overrun" it would be Bellagio.
