Updated Reviews of Just Airports?
Flying into Heathrow for the first time in May and need recommendation for transportation to London (Kensington area). I have searched the forum and looks like Just Airports is a good choice, but would appreciate a recent review of the service. Thanks for your input!

We always just jump straight on the Tube - Picadilly Line - then change to whichever line takes us closer to our hotel.
For instance we are flying into Heathrow on 7th May, grabbing the tube which comes right into Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 & 3 then we could change at Kings Cross/St.Pancrass to the Northern Line for Euston station where our train leaves from but, its' within walking distance so won't bother to change - just get off.
You would change at South Kensington tube station or depending on your hotel in Kensington further along the line. To get onto the green line to High Street Kensington if that's your destination, change at Earl's Court. Or, you can carry on and change at Gloucester Road or South Kensington. After that the Picadilly line carries on towards Russell Square etc.
You must study a tube map a bit beforehand to get your bearings. You should have one in your guide book.
