I ordered a SIM card from them a while ago, and still have not received. Does anyone remember how long it took to get? They have not replied to 2 e-mails that I've sent them.

I waited about a week....have they charged your credit card? Did you get a confirmation number? Their web site gives a customer service phone number...they don't usually send this stuff with any tracking number so perhaps it got lost in the mail....if so you'll have to call them, see if they'll issue a new one and if not then contest the charge with the credit card company for non receipt.

Mine took exactly a week. You don't say how long a "while" is, but if it's more than a couple of weeks I'd either call them or order a new one. Do you know if they charged your credit card? Maybe your order got lost.

THanks so much for both of your replies. Yes, they did charge my credit card on 7/28/06. I've tried e-mailing them but only get an auto-response back. I guess I should wait a few more days.
