Undisclsoed location

It seems Fodor's has changed the location on which time a posting is based. It think it an undisclosed location.

The problem is that location is in EVERY time zone.

The old time stamps (that displayed prior to when the forums went down last week) would always display the time where the viewer is located.

Now the times are 3 hours prior to where the viewer is . . .

I would be more impressed if the stamp was three hours BEFORE, in anticipation of what I am going to write.

So it is a moving target for everyone?

If it is "three hours prior to where the viewer is" that means for me it is PST.

Now that this has been decided along with the supposed "control" that was going to happen and apparently hasn't...and things have not improved in terms of spam does the time stamp really have any meaning in the grander scheme of things?
