We stayed last September at Hotel Citta di Parenzo, Via degli Artisti 8, Tel 040-631133/630119 Fax 040-367510.

It is off the Corso Italia, near the Roman Forum, supermarket, & a decent Chinese restaurant. Parking is on the street. It was about $65 US a night or so for 2, including breakfast--rolls & coffee. It's clean but can get crowded
so best to try to reserve ahead. The inside rooms can be a bit dark, try to get one facing the street.
