Two days on Isle of Wight

Hello,

What would you do in 2 days on Isle of Wight? It will be my first time there. Thanks!

Relax completely. Drive very slowly. Stop a lot and enjoy the scenery. Spend some time at Osborne House.

Avoid Ryde and West Cowes, if possible take a car over and drive along the south coast of the island for wonderful clifftop scenery. Carisbrooke castle, The Needles, Shanklin Chine, Mottistone Manor all well worth seeing.

Walk Tennyson down, and the cliffs above the Needles.
Hunt for dinosaur bones and footprints, relax, enjoy the slower pace of life. Sip some of the local wine.

Correction to my earlier post: Avoid EAST Cowes (the bit on the western side of the water is OK, especially if you like boats).
