TUSCANY: Need luxury hotel reco please

Hello!
My best friend is traveling to Tuscany with her fiance in September, and they're looking for a great "honeymoon-like" place to stay. A/C is a must, so nothing too rustic, and want a place that's clean, upscale and has good service. Looking for something with easy access to vineyards and good food.
Let me know if you have any recos.
Thanks!

Thank you SO much, it looks beautiful! Have you actually stayed there and recommend it? Does anyoen else have any other recommendations in the area? Options are always good!

Il Falconiere is a beautiful family owned property set in it's own vineyards right below Cortona. Their restaurant is excellent and they offer cooking classes. Nice pool, many repeat guests when we stayed there. It's set in the country but a very short drive up the hill to Cortona offering other dining options. It's a Relais and Chateaux property.

We sent a week at Il Falconiere with another couple. We all were very happy with our choice of this hotel.

We have eaten there but not stayed.

At a better price point, and a better location for my tastes, also look at these:

We've stayed at Locanda dell Amorosa and would highly recommend it, though I have to say it's been 5 years ago....have friends that stayed more recently and loved it.

My daughter and her husband stayed here two weeks ago, in the private villa, and loved it.
