Tuscany Authentic Cooking Course
My wife and I are going to be in Tuscany for 10 days and would like to spend one day doing a authentic cooking course (ie dont need a 5 star chef teaching a class). Looking for any recommendations you have. These are the places we're staying so you have an idea of proximity. Thanks in advance.
1) Agriturismo Marciano - Siena
2) Castello La Leccia - Castellina in chianti
3) Mona Lisa - Florence

I don't know if they offer individual days but a site I have been noticing is organictuscany.org They seem to have an excellent reputation and may be able to recommend someone. We visited a cooking school in the south called awaitingtable.com and that was quite an experience for a week.
Hope you have a wonderful trip

You might look at Homefoods:

I have not done a cooking class (and only one of the cooks offering classes seems to be in Tuscany) but I have experienced the dinners cooked by local people in their homes and featuring local cuisine.
