1 day cooking classes in tuscany

Does anyone know of 1 day cooking classes in Tuscany? I heard of one in Umbria that is in someones home (renovated farm house) and includes the dinner prepared by the students.

Try accidentaltourist.com, which does not only cooking classes but walks, winery tours, etc. We had a great time with them.

We also had a great time at the Accidental Tourist class.
They make wine and olive oil, the setting is beautiful. It's not really too much of an actual class though - you learn to make ravioli and they do the sauce and side dishes. But it was really a great time.
