Any reviews/familiarity with Vacation In Paris apts 226, 238, or 252?

We're a party of 4 adults and 2 nine year olds, so the apartment route seems to be the best way to go. These three apartments look nice and VIP seems to get good reviews. Was just wondering if anyone had any feedback on the apartments themselves or the areas in which they are located?

Thanks!

VIP is an excellent company to work with. Any of those areas are good, althoug i prefer msot parts of the the 6th to the 5th(that is JUST me--either are fine). The first one is fantastic--i love the decor.
Have you seen any other reviews of it? I cold be wrong, but i think this is a farily new listing for VIP

Thanks CaliNurse. Do you know anything about the area around 226 and 238? Basically right around the corner from the St Michel metro stop. Looks like a lot of Greek fast food places and tacky tourist shops, but as long as it's safe, especially for kids, we can overlook that. Probably won't be spending much time just wandering around that area anyhow.

There are a couple Greek fast food places (some are regular restaurants, I think), but the majority of food places are not Greek in that area. It's perfectly safe, of course, you just have to be smart about pickpocketing (meaning don't have things available that can be, that include you having things in your pocket if you are a man).
