Turkey's Turquoise Coast - where to snorkel?
I'm starting to plan my next trip to Turkey. I've been to Istanbul / Izmir / Cappadocia / Ankara.
This time, I want to venture a little further south and do some snorkeling with my family in the Turquoise Coast. Where are the best spots? Where can one see underwater ruins? Are these shore snorkeling sites or does one need to book a boat excursion?
Thank you.

Fethiye, Gocek, Kalkan, Kas, Sunken City - Kekova, Olympos, Phaselis, Kemer Side, Incekum, Alanya have nice spots for snorkelling.....
Sunken city : is not allowed to dive or snorkel at most spots.
You can snorkel at Phaselis.
At Kekova, to take a boat for daily is a good option. They would take you to few different bays & coves where the water is cyristal clear and snorkelling is fun, they feed you on board and even some hours siesta.
Another good spot to hire a boat is Gocek for visiting the islands around.
You do not need the hire a boat to snorkel at most spots.
Happy travelling,
Murat
