Turkey Travel Photos
Hi All,
If you're interested in traveling to Turkey, I just posted a number of images from a recent 3-week trip. Destinations include Istanbul, Van, Dogubayazit, Nemrut, Cappadocia, Termessos, Kekova, Ephesus, and a bunch of other great places.
The link points to a small sample. If you want to see more, use the pull-down on the left, 'Turkey', and select any of the portfolios. The 'all' one is extensive, but does list the images by subject.

Most the shots are medium-format, but there are a number of 4x5 large-format, too.
Hope you enjoy this wonderful country!

Your photos are terrific. I'm going back to Turkey after 10 yrs in late April and so looking forward to seeing these fabulous cities. I don't think I'll ever get enough of Turkey. Cappadocia is so other worldly and Istanbul has so much to offer the traveler. It is the top most country I've ever visited. Thank you for sharing. Nancy

Stu, Callalilli, Leo, Nancy - thank you very much for taking the time to look at them and I'm glad you liked them.
Leo - Take both! I guess it depends on the size/weight of your 6x9 and same for your D200 kit. I have a Fuji GW690 that isn't much bigger than an SLR, so if I had to choose, that'd be the one. As for film and developing, I pack it all over there and back, and do the developing at home. It's a load, but I think it's worth it. Let me know what you decide.

Yes I agree Nancy. Cappadocia is out of this world and Istanbul is a fascinating city.
