Just a real nice old town for all too modern Scandinavia for my tourist interest - think there's some famous writer's house on the town outskirts - also a unique church. Pleasant town but a day is enough i think here.

The Cathedral and Bishop's Palace, old warehouses on Kjøpmannsgata, take a tram up to the country park at Lian.

Should have mentioned Gamle Bybro - the Old Town Bridge and Kristiansten Festning - the fort above Bakklandet.
