Trenitalia Italian Questions, Please Help

I am making reservations on the English site, and at the point of purchase they ask questions in Italian. Can someone tell me the meaning of the following words:
1. CAP
2. Citta
3. Provincia
4. Telefono- in the box provided-NULL?
I can guess at some of them like Provincia and Telefono, but I thought I simply ask the EXPERTS. Thanks, Mike

CAP (codice di avviamento postale) is the postal code (5 digits), the Italian ZIP.
"Città" means town or city.

GeoffHamer, thanks for your response. Silly question #1. I'm living in the USA, do I put MY postal code and city? Thanks, Mike

I think I'm making progress. One more word to add to the list, and it's INDIRIZZO. Thanks, Mike

"Indirizzo" is address, normally written with the house number after the name of the street: Via Roma 42, for example.

Well, I might have answered my own question. I tried to input MY personal information in the Delivery Section, and it got rejected. What address and phone number to you use to purchase the tickets? Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,

I might be barking up the wrong tree here but just in case.....

Your second last post suggests that you will be having your tickets delivered. I thought they only delivered tickets to addresses in Italy - see attached;

I must admit my mistake for the world to read. I forgot to check self service and the box deliver was "in play". I discovered my ERROR and finished the job correctly. Thanks for your response. Mike
