1. USA/Thailand/Kenya/Greece<BR>2. Thai beach<BR>3. Fly drive through california, arizona, nevada and Thailand tour (they are tied first!)<BR>4. Making new and lasting friendships<BR>5. Obnoxious people on a coach tour<BR>6. Parts of Gambia and parts of Mombasa<BR>7. New York<BR>8. British desserts can't be beaten! except by a Paradise Pie at Chillies<BR>9. Mont Blanc<BR>10. Lake Garda<BR>11. Too many - New Zealand, Australia, back to Thailand<BR>12. Two weeks<BR>13. Air<BR>14. Not personally (thankfully)<BR>15. Malta<BR>16. Amsterdam<BR>17. Thailand (again!!)

They have all been great.<BR>What's your best travel related experience? My three month tour of Southern Europe in 1969.<BR>What's your worst travel related experience? Never had one.<BR>What's the worst place you've been to? Have not been there yet.<BR>What's your favorite city? Rome, Budapest<BR>What's your favorite desert? Souffl&eacute;<BR>What's your favorite mountain? <BR>What's your favorite lake? Boden See<BR>What's your dream destination? <BR>How long do you normally travel? 2 to 3 weeks<BR>What kind of transportation do you prefer? Auto/Bullet trains.<BR>Have you been in contact with crime during your travels? No<BR>What was your last destination? Poland and Romania<BR>What will be your next destination? London<BR>Where are the friendliest people? Only rude people I ran into were in Paris and Austria, but that was 30 years ago. One young man in Sweden, but that was only because a young woman was leaving with me.<BR>

1. Italy 2. A big rock in Hocking Hills Ohio where I used to skip school w/my fgrineds & now show to my nieces & nephews (& soon my daughter as soon as she is old enough). 3. Paris 4. Going anywhere w/my wife 5. Montgomery, Alabama 6. See above 7. Paris 8. Anything chocolat 9. The Matterhorn 10.Lake Como 11.Tahiti 12.Annually probably 6 long weekends 3-5 nights & 2 trips 1-3 weeks. 13.By Train 14.I was approached in Italy by the notorious gypsy children but they were easily scared off. 15.Holden Beach, NC - Europe = Paris in March. 16.Holden Beach, NC - Europe = London in Nov. 17.Everywhere but especially Germany.

Every time I got sick away from home: in Athens, London, Big Sur, Virginia Beach, on an airplane over the Atlantic, and on a boat on Lake Michigan (believe it or not, I also occasionally take trips during which I do not get sick).<BR>6. Detroit, Michigan<BR>7. Paris <BR>8. I am choosing to answer a different question because I don't have a favorite desert: My favorite DESSERT is chocolate chip mint ice cream (I say, if you don't like a category, make up your own!).<BR>9. Too hard to choose, but it would be somewhere in the Canadian Rockies or Swiss Alps<BR>10. Moraine Lake or Lake Louise, Canada<BR>11. African safari, probably Kenya and Tanzania<BR>12. 1-2 weeks<BR>13. Train<BR>14. Yes (petty theft)<BR>15. Yosemite National Park, California<BR>16. Alaska in Aug., Australia & New Zealand in November<BR>17. Canada and Thailand

It's just for fun. By the way with desert I mean those sandy things you can find throughout the world.
