Buses in Spain are very nice, cheap and frequent. There's a multitude of buses each day between Granada and Seville, and I don't think the train route is all that direct and the departures not so convenient. If you do a Google search on Continental and bus and Spain, you should get to the Continental bus website. It's all in Spanish, but very easy to figure out even if usted no habla espanol.

I agree with martytravels regarding buses being nice, cheap and frequent in Andalusia. You can always ask for the schedules in the bus stations or the hotels you stay at when over there. In the schedule, you want to look for direct (directo) bus. If you get on the ones with stops, it takes much longer. Traveling with buses worked very well for me.
