transportation from CDG into Paris
I will be traveling alone with my 12 year old daughter and 2 year old son from Arizona to Paris. Our arrival airport is Charles De Gaulle. Given that I will be exhausted and loaded down with kids and bags, what is the easiest transportation (that doesn't cost a small fortune) from CDG to our hotel, which is in the 5th near Jardin de Luxembourg?

About 18E pp. I don't know if they will charge for the baby.

The fastest and probably cheapest way would be the RER, a commuter train that has a stop right at the airport. That's the way I've done it during my two trips to Paris. It can get very, very crowded, and the ones I've taken weren't air conditioned. I've decided that I won't do it again. I certainly wouldn't even think about it with a two-year-old in tow after a long plane flight.

When my 21 year old daughter and I flew into CDG, I was determined not to take a taxi. But in your situation, I think it's the best way to go. However, I would definitely suggest that, when you arrive, you talk to your hotel about arranging a shuttle back to the airport.
