Trying desperately to find information regarding transportation from Barcelon Airport to the Docks. Any suggestions? This is for 2 seniors.

I would probabaly just get a cab. That's what I did last year, going from the airport to my hotel in the Eixample district.

I have never taken a cab from the airport to Barcelona city but it would take, I'd say, half an hour to the port. How much did it cost, Jess?<BR><BR>One option is take a airport shuttle bus to place Catalunya (approx.3Euro/20min.) and catch a cab there for the port(5 min). This should cost cheaper but I don't know if it's worth for you, Cathy. The bus stop is just outside the airport building, next to taxi stop and you pay the fare to the driver when you get on. Hope this will help.

I don't remember exactly what I paid, but according to my Timeout guide, taxi fare was about 2500 pesetas to the city center, which would have been around $15. I remember thinking how quick the ride was, and how cheap. <BR><BR>I don't know how far the docks are, but if its the cruise docks you're heading to, they are a little closer to the airport I think, and so the price would probably be about the same.
