Transport from Heathrow to Gatwick?
I need to get from Heathrow to Gatwick in about three hours. What is the best way to get there so I do Not miss my connection? How much is taxi?
I have reservations thru National Express but they have some strict rules. If my plane is delayed I forfiet my seats and if I need to take another ride they do not guarrentee me a seat.
I need to get an alternate mode of gettting to Gatwick. Any ideas? Thank you

Possibly the fastest way would be to take the Heathrow Express to Paddington, a taxi (£5) or #36 or #436 bus (£1.20) to Victoria, and the Gatwick Express from there.
ETE: 1 hour plus ticketing time at Heathrow. Gatwick tickets can be purchased on board.

Hi...I just spoke with American Airlines last week about that...
Apparently, there is something called Speedlink that is a shuttle that runs between Heathrow and Gatwick. It leaves every 30 min and takes about 60 min to get to the other end. It costs 9 pounds per person.
Depending on the timing, this may work for you.
Good luck!

I just used National Express to get from Heathrow to Brighton via Gatwick. It's very easy to pick up at the Central Bus Terminal (close to Terminals 1, 2 & 3) and takes one hour.
Don't worry about timing. They don't actually care if you're on the bus you booked, just that you've paid the correct fare for where you're going.
Note that you will need to know whether you want Gatwick's North or South Terminal for dropoff.
