Did you get the website or email address to work. Any recommendation on the agency for buying train tickets. I checked waytorussia.com rates. The 2nd class tickets are anywhere from $69-79 without the commission!!

As I recall, I started with the website and then we were communicating by email. I used Connectrussia and their service was excellent. One thing I didn't understand -- when they say when and where do you want to have your tickets delivered they mean exact time and place that you will be to accept delivery. I had assumed that my hotel would accept them for me, but they would not do so. So be sure you can be where you say you will be to accept delivery and take their phone number with you in case you have to call them and change the time and place. I hope this is clear.

Thanks. Do you have an email address or website. I tried Connectrussia but the website is under construction. We will be visiting Moscow and St. Petersburg in a couple of weeks and and would like to pre-order the tickets based on everyone's feedback.

I started with waytorussia.com and put in what I wanted and then several choices came up. Connectrussia was one of them, so after first choosing a different one that had a markup of 50%, I tried connectrussia which still had a markup, but not quite so bad. See my responses above.
