Tours, Loire Valley: An I-live-here report

I've put together a small guide on my blog of some of my favourite things to see, do and eat and drink (especially eat and drink) in Tours, France, my home since May 2010. It's meant to be quite personal and light-hearted as opposed to probably the most informative travel guide you'll ever come across in your life, but if you're thinking of heading to Tours you might be interested in a local's perspective, especially if you'd like a couple of bar and restaurant recommendations.

Here's the link:

If anyone has any questions on Tours (I'm not necessarily an expert from the tourist's point of view, but I'll do my best), don't hesitate to ask! There's also reports from many of the châteaux and other destinations in the Loire Valley on my blog. I plan at some point to do a similar wrap-up on those as well.

Mince (as they say in France)! I forgot to mark this as a trip report. I suppose there's no way to do that retrospectively...

Very nice. Love your tourist trail map. Seems the elephant covers a good portion of at least a few blocks.
