Tour Guide in Ephesus

We are going to be on a September cruise, with a stop in Kusadasi. Has anyone used a guide for Ephesus that would meet our family and take us to the ruins? Also, we will be at Kusadasi for 14 hours - any tips for that area after we see Ephesus?

www.sammystravel.com will do anything you want to do out of Kusadasi - half day, full day. We used them last month and can't say enough good things. We had a group of 8 and a couple of them thought the carpet stop was wonderful, others loved Ephesus. You never can tell.

We also recently used Sammy's Travel and were pleased. We did a full day tour and in addition to Ephesus we went to the village of Sirince which was an interesting addition.

My husband and I used Ekol Travel and thought they were great when we were there in 9/06 on our cruise. Two other couples joined us so there were 6 of us with our private guide. Look at their website at www.ekoltravel.com

Thank you for the information! Since we will be there for 14 hours, what are some favorite extra trips after Ephesus?

If you want to explore a lot of sights:
Seljuk Museum, St. Jahn, Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary will take a good 6 hours at least. Than you can add Prienne, Didyma, Miletus or head to Pamukkale.

Happy travelling,
Murat
