Yes, it MIGHT be possible, but I think it's folly and bordering on irresponsible to make suggestions to the OP how this could work. She HAS to be on the flight to Dubai, and no amount of praying and good luck with immigration will ensure that. Seems pretty clearcut to me. Especially at CDG.

I wouldn't leave the airport either but sometimes it comes down to diverting attention to a location less apt to fail as many times we know they'll try it no matter how many say "don't". Or maybe because so many say it. Or looking for the answer they want rather than the one they need. As in Windsor instead of London, or in this case, Chantilly or Senlis rather than Paris. But whatever happens, I'd love to hear back after the fact.

OP-Angelitas517: You'll not make it, the kid will only remember that you ran around like crazy, got mad because you missed your flight, and yelled at staff for your error in judgment.
Some memory you plan to give her.
Just chill out at the airport.
Here's an alternative: spend some quality time with the kid.

You can try.
IF you make it, then why not, but be sure to turn around.
Let us imagine that the plane is ontime and that you are lucky through immigration etc.
So when you are at the RER B Station, after taking care of your luggage (lockers or...) : you can see how much time left you have. Calculate that you need to be at airport 2 hours before flying tie and you need by a rule of the tumb 1 hour from anywhere in Paris to airport.
At 11 wherever you

at 11 wherever you are you jump on a taxi / metro / RER and go to CDG.
So if you are out by 9 15 (lucky) you have about one hour to look at Eiffel Tower. (45 min at least to be there).
Study the metro map in order to not get lost and have your itinerary ready.

Yes, but the ongoing flight is also an international flight (not the domestic we believed) and if the OP asks her airline they may well tell her she needs to be back at the airport at 10:55 (3 hours) meaning she has to be coming back from Paris by 10 am.
IMHO leaving at all looks to me like a very good chance - a probability - she will miss her ongoing flight (at worst) or racing around the airport madly praying she can get through a huge security line in time to make the plane (best case).
I appreciate the desire to show her daughter a moment of Paris - but is it worth a huge amount of angst. It sounds like she has never been through DeGaulle and is not prepared for it's size, complexity and potential for delays.
