Patrick, Do the ladies that help you in the underwear section of the store, talk to you about size, fit, this and that pertaining to the part of your body that will go into parts of your underwear? LOL If they do, then they might be the same type that Kay thought this guy was...lurking in the lingerie dept to talk undies with the girls..can we say Fetish??
Boys get to pick boxers or briefs..girls have ever SO much more to choose from and to cover!
BTW-the Yankee is an excellent underwear buyer for gifts for me, he was saying last night when I told him this new development, that he has never had a man help him buy lingerie for me.
Actually, he doesn't want women to help him either, he knows exactly what he likes to look at

Stemming from what Patrick said, wouldn't you love to see a Victoria's Secret-style shop for men? Would the salespeople to be men or women? Do the men really want to wear that stuff? Do their women really want to see it? By the way, girls, the Body by Victoria bra is SOOOOOOO comfortable!

I was surprised when I was trying on undies in a VS store, and a male voice came through the shutter doors of my dressing room, "can I be of any help?". I thought he was some weirdo from off the street and said "not from you".

When I came out I was taken aback when I saw that he did indeed work there.

I did let him ring them up though, lol.

Natalie-that is funny!

Can you imagine actually opening the door and asking if this is supposed to fit this way ?
And there are men that I used to shop with who would have loved to go into VS and try on some things

I was at the MAC counter the other day in a big department store to purchase some make up. I was surprised when a woman who looked like man asked if she could help me. I realized it was a man with horrible make up on and hair extensions. I bought a couple of things, but did not ask about the new fall colors.

once I worked part time at a boutique where we had our own lingerie designer by appointment only. One day while one of my customers was in the dressing room trying out the special order of a lovely peach silk robe with matching tap panties, another customer came in to pick up this order for his wife. Out of the drssing room came my customer in all his glory, asking how I thought it looked. The other guy's jaw dropped and he must have gone back to his office to spread the word. The next day was alot of people in the shop including three of the married guy's secretary and girl friends and everyone keeping trying to peek in the dressing rooms.

Lol cigale! When you work in a lingerie shop, you have to watch the dressing rooms like a hawk! Couples asking to go in together (our rule was NO! due an incident best left to the imagination), women leaving the door halfway open while they change (?) and men trying to nonchalantly sneak a peek, etc., etc. Once a very tipsy lady just changed right there on the floor without bothering with a change room. And we were all trained on how to deal with the "feelers", men who would just walk around fondling the merchandise. All this meyham in a high-end store with wealthy customers! I could go on and on
