The perfect vacation in Tuscany

Need more help from you helpful fodors readers - want to go to Tuscany (2of us) in mid June and have decided we want to be in the vicinity of Montepulciano, Pienza or Azurro (sp. We want a managed property, vineyards, pool, gardens, good views and not to remote so we can get to small towns to eat and antique shop. There are so many rental agencies out there - who is good or does anyone know of a owner we could rent from - HELP

Our friends go to Tuscany, around Montepulciano, every year. They rent a villa from Parkervillas.com.
This year they took cooking classes, next year they will take a wine course.

We rented at LaFoce in May. I believe they meet all of your requirements except a vineyard. Their website is www.lafoce.com

For additional info go to www.slowtrav.com, a noncommercial website where there's a lot of information about properties in Tuscany.

Buon viaggio!

Ballet1288, we were very happy with our rental at LaFoce. I'd made arrangements for 6 couples and all said it was better than they expected! We stayed at the villa, La Sassaia, which could accommodate all of us. They have smaller villas and apartments as well. We just loved the beautiful location with easy travel to many great villages and the staff was extremely helpful. I did a review of our villa on slowtrav.com if you are interested in more detail.
