Thanksgiving Dinner?

Hello,
I am planning to have a Thanksgiving spread at my appartment. Anyone could help me source the products, like cranberry sauce, turkey filling? Or any place where i could buy the stuffed turkey?

Piggly Wiggly supermarkets have a good selection of cranberry sauce, turkey filling, etc.

I don't know if they have stuffed turkeys or not.

see www.pigglywiggly.com for locations.
