i am the original poster and i want to thank you all for your input-however i neglected to say that i'll be with a group of students and we don't have much say as to what location we prefer--i understand that our hotel is on the via dei mille at the hotel archimede ,which ,on the map appears to be about 2 blocks slightly northwest of termini station ---hope we aren't totally disappointed thanks again

A good location for the area.

Yes, you should be okay there. I believe it is very convenient to the metro. And, since they are young, they should be able to walk to a lot of the sites from there.

I am looking at spending my last night at the Hotel Dei Mille. What did you think? Is it okay?

bookwurm70: You tacked your question on to an old moldy thread from 2001 that isn't even about the hotel you are now asking about.

You would do better to start a new thread with a title that includes the name of your hotel.
