Will drivers take dollars or euro's or only Kroners?

Most drivers will take dollars, but the exchange rate would be awful.

I agree with Cailin - why would you try to operate in a country without having any local currency? You may find drivers willing to take euros - at a huge premium - but I'm sure many will not - why should they?
