Taormina hotels - suggestions?

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a hotel or B&B in Taormina, for 3 or 4 nights in early November? We would like to spend around 100 Euros/night.

I have already looked into Villa Belvedere and Villa Fiorita, which seem to have mixed reviews.

We don't mind off the beaten path a little bit, but would like a decent distance to town (10 minutes walking is fine), clean rooms and bathrooms and a nice pool. Doesn't have to be luxurious, obviously with that price!

Thank you,
Susan

I very much doubt that you can use a pool in early November; the hotels will not be heating them - if they ever do, which I also doubt.

Last year, we stayed at the Villa Schuller, which has a lovely garden out back and a terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast. The rooms are simply furnished, but have balconies with seaviews. I highly recommend it as it's centrally located, has great service and ambience.
