I just came across this fare at Orbitz, on Continental, and thought I'd share. I'm debating on where to take the kids when school gets out for a week, and thought I'd throw Paris into the mix!

I can't purchase today, but maybe someone else can get some use out of this great (at least I think it's great!) fare!

Oh man! After seeing this post, I hurried to Orbitz and checked the same dates for Paris but from San Francisco.
Not good. So just for fun, I punched in late Sept. since that is when my friend and I were thinking of going. To my astonishment- $482.00 r/t. I immediately called DH and friend to try to firm things up and then-Boom! just like that it disappeared or should I say re-appeared with a new price of $1000.00. Boo hoo! I am sad, but still determined!

Here it is a week later, I've been checking Orbitz everyday for the same Sept. dates. This morning just for fun, I switched the dates to Aug 21-30 and I GOT IT! $553.00 r/t from SFO to Paris. I am over the moon!

I know that great feeling! I was able to book roundtrip tix for my son and I from end of May for July 1 for under 900 (that's for BOTH of us). We're flying from Tampa to Amsterdam and then return from Shannon, Ireland. It pays to be patient and keep checking!!!
