Morning! We are flying from Boston to Naples on Aug 24 and returning September 6.
Our plan is to visit Ischia and Naxos (two places we have been before and love).
We are fine poking around Naples, Athens, or somewhere else (suggestions needed) on travel days

This is our current plan but we are open to suggestions.
Aug 25 Arrive Naples around 10:40. Airport hotel. Poke around. We know how to get into Naples town so we could do that. Or if there is a nice town near the airport, we could just hang out there for a day
Aug 26 Fly to Athen at 8 AM (Aegean). Overnight in Athens (We could also spend this day in Naples and fly to Athens the next morning)
Aug 27 (Fly to Athens if we decided to stay in Italy - arrive 9 AM) Ferry to Naxos
Aug 28 Naxos
Aug 29 Naxos
Aug 30 Naxos
Aug 31 Naxos
Sep 1 Naxos
Sep 2 Ferry to Athens. Book a hotel near airport or with good airport connections
Sep 3 Morning flight to Naples, Ferry to Ischia
Sept 4 Ischia
Sep 5 Ischia - night in Ischia or near Naples Airport
Sep 6 Flight leaves Naples at 11:40 AM

This may seem ambitious, lots of running around but it's really not for us. We go to Naxos often and really wanted to try to get to Ischia.
Looking for airport hotel suggestions in Naples and Athens (budget is about 200 euros or less)
Looking for accommodation options in Ischia (budget is 200 euros or less)
