suggestions for the best view restaurant in Paris in May?

Any suggestions for a great place to have a wonderful view and a good dinner in Paris?

La Tour d'Argent, in the 5th on the quai. Five stories up with picture windows overlooking Notre Dame and the islands all lit up. Excellent food and service and one of the best wine caves in the world.

One more option, where I have NOT been, is Les Ombres, in the Branly Museum; the view there is of the Eiffel Tower:

Another option would be Ciel de Paris on top of the Tour Montparnasse
. That way the tour isn't in your view!

Altitude 95 on the Eiffel Tower has a wonderful view if you can get a window seat. Which you can usually do if you reserve early.

The Jules Verne at the top of the Eiffel Tower is purported to have good views and good food.

Jules Verne has wonderful views, especially from the window tables. I have not eaten there since A. Ducasse took over but reports have been mainly positive.

I forgot: Another option, with view of the Tower, is Le Saut du Loup; I have not been but have read a couple of good reports:
