I think there is still a Scottish evening called Jamies at King James Thistle Hotel at St James Centre. Long time ago I worked there for uni holidays. The tourists seemed to like it. I thought it was a bit naf like most similar "cultural entertainment" in places like Hawaii.

Thanks for your feedback Travelnick. Could you suggest any other venues where we would be able to experience Scottish dancing, singing, music?
