Are there any hotels in Strasbourg which have rooms with views of the Cathedral?

We stayed in Hotel Cardinal de Rohan which I can absolutely recommend. Very central and stylish with reasonable prices. It is in the rue du Maroquin and while not directly opposite the cathedral, it is only a very short distance away just down the lane (no cars) and we could see the Cathedral from our attic room when we looked out the window. It is a 3 star, see www.hotel-rohan.com. For breakfast we went to the cafe opposite and down the lane a bit where it was E7 rather than E13.

We also stayed at HOtel Cardinal de Rohan and can recommend it!

I believe there is a hotel that overlooks the cathedral as well, but I cant remember hte name! Can anyone help?

I remember noting this hotel because of its fabulous location which can be a blessing or a curse I imagine depending. Trip Advisor gives reviews that detail both sides of the coin.
