Bringing this question back "up to the top", since someone here on this forum intends to answer it for this nice lady.... right, Mimi?

I already got her other question headed in the right direction by seeing that it got SOME info, after it languished, drifting towards the bottom, over 24 hours, getting no attention from anyone...

Best wishes,

Rex

Please don't use all caps. Have you tried searching on the hotel names? Anyone else getting weary of the relentless Rome hotel queries?

I wish I could help her Rex. But I have never been to Rome.

So... maybe topping one more time, as a good will gesture.

I've stayed at the San Carlo, and give it my highest recommendation.

Well... you're welcome, I guess. Glad you still feel at home here. Now I think you are going to need to ask for info comparing San Carlo versus des Artistes. I'm not even sure where either one is; otherwise I would at least try to comment on the locations.

I must say it's pretty funny -- the idea that someone would actually click on a thread titled "stayed at any of these hotels in Rome" and then have the nerve to say, "Anyone else getting weary of the relentless Rome hotel queries?"

Better idea than smacknmo's -- just don't click on them and then you won't even have to see them, yet alone read them.
