Ok, we went to Manhattan's restaurant and had superiour coffee. When I asked what kind was it I was told 'Spanish coffee' so I went and I looked for 'Spanish coffee' on the web.
I found site that sells all Sapnish food and they have this "20% roasted sugar" only brand that said to be 'most famous hard to find in US coffee'
I had ordered, now I am asking..."20% roasted sugar"???
We were kind of surprised that our coffee taste did not asked for sugar.
So it was in it already?
Do I have to re-evaluate my fascination with this drink?

Here, from tienda.com, is the explanation of the "torrefacto beans":
"The intensity of the coffee is determined by the proportion of torrefacto beans in the mix. This bag is a moderate 20%. Pre-ground Torrefacto coffee ... is produced by a special roasting process that results in a remarkably robust, full-bodied cup of coffee, without a hint of bitterness. <b>A portion of the quality raw coffee beans are coated with a fine mist of sugar before they are poured in the roaster with the other quality beans."</b>
