SNCF PREM no print option!
OK, I'm able to use the English site and found the PREM fares I need:
March 11th, 2008
08h39 - PARIS EAST
10h45 - LUXEMBOURG
TGV 2809 2nd class, 35e
However, in the order page "Choose how to collect your ticket",
I only get the option "Receive your ticket free by post" and no other options. It won't let me leave my address blank, as described in MorganB's tutorial:
http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34803732
I tried the same procedure via the French page and also only got the snail-mail option. Has anyone been able to print their own tickets recently since the web site change?
I don't see the "retrieving from automated machine" nor "retrieving from any SNCF office" which would work for me since we'll have a few days beforehand.
Help! What am I doing wrong?!

It did the same thing to me. I don't know why -- sometimes it only offers the mail option and I think it's just a website glitch.
It isn't that it never offers the option to get them at the station, either, as I just tried a different date for that train and it offered the option of pickup. I chose a date only a few days away, just to see what it would do if there wasn't much mailing time available.
I'd try again after a day or two.

Hi C,
Glitch in the system.
After trying several different ways, I found that if I entered Luxembourg as the country of residence, I got options for
Delivery at an address
Pickup at a ticket machine at a train station in France
Pickup at a SNCF Boutique
Hope this helps.
Using UK and Germany, it didn't recognize Luxembourg

Thanks everyone for trying this. You guys are awesome!
ira, when I select Luxembourg as resident on the first page "Rechercher votre billet", it then redirects me to TGV-Europe, same for UK/Germany, is that right?

Hi C,
Yes, if you have LUZ as your home port, it takes you to the TGV page, and gives you the options.
If you use DK, UK and Germany, it doesn't recognize LUX.
You can now buy insurance and still get the print option, if it offers the print option.
You caould choose to have your tickets delivered to your hotel, too. We have done that.
