Smart ForFour Car Rental

I am trying to find the best deal on a car rental for a week in Toulouse in April. I actually found some super rates on sixt.com

They offer a Smart car for FOUR people! Actually it says five, but I really don't believe THAT. I am fully aware of how tiny a Smart car is, since we lived in France before. But I have never seen the ForFour.

We are two adults and two small kids. Do you think this is big enough for just cruising around Toulouse? We won't be going on any long drives or anything.

THANKS!

PS: I forgot to mention that the price for 9 days for the Smart is $270. That is BY FAR the cheapest we've seen, since I was seeing $400 MINIMUM.

The Smartcar ForFour is an extended version with four doors, about double the size of the regular Smartcar. It's an interesting car, but why would you even consider a rental car in Toulouse? There's public transportation and taxis, which will be a whole lot easier on your nerves since parking is always tough, even with a smart car.

The Smart forFour is the newest addition to the Smart family. If it's just for cruising around without luggage it will be perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. It's a very fun car to drive!

I checked on http://nova01.rentacar-worldwide.com/ for a 5 door compact.

190E ($250).

If you won't be hauling luggage, the ForFour will be perfect for two adults and two kids. But I agree with others -driving IN Toulouse? Risky proposition.
