ha! at least you gave me a good reason to laugh at myself! Sometimes I just don't make the obvious connections...

So sorry too hear this. What a horrible experience. I haven't read all the posts but will ask if they came recommended ? Too late now, but Rabbies will arrange for private tours.

Welcome to Fodors Merfeld. It is too bad you didn't find Fodors and ask about them here before booking your non-private private tour.

janis, our friend Merfeld registered and then found a two year old thread to complain about Lynott. One of those I think!

Yeah, I know. Probably googled Lynott and found this thread, and won't be back. (Strange thing is google works just as well BEFORE a trip as it does afterwards )

I have some good friends who have used Queenslander 3 times and totally rave about it. I have never traveled on a tour, I prefer to travel independently. However, I also have a good friend who just returned from Scotland and she used CIE Tours and had nothing but great things to say about them. She said hands down it was the best vacation she had ever taken. I am considering using them for a tour to Scotland in the near future.

Google for information before a trip? Surely you jest

For kraines: Always get more than one opinion.
