SleepMd

Have any of you tried SleepMD for sleeping on long flights? I have recently seen this product (at Walmart) and thought it would be interesting to know about. I believe its all herbal and is supposed to be non-addicting and gets you to sleep pretty quickly.
Any thoughts? Thanks,
Shadow

Dukey,

Shadow needs to research a bit more. Melatonin is good for adapting to the time change, but it only slows you down before the flight (I start taking it the day before my flight). Do some basic research on what Melatonin actually does.

If you really want to sleep, see your doctor.

I do, however, wholly recommend Melatonin for every overnight flight.
