I have not used that apartment, but you may find a review on it on SlowTrav.
As to Sleep in Italy, they are the only service we use in Rome and have done so for years. They provide excellent service and contact. They have always worked with me, even when I have had to do numerous changes to schedules or apartments. I highly recommend them.

That's not necessarily a bad location, but it's certainly not a few steps to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, and it's not a few minutes more for Saint Peter's, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. I prefer to be more central, near the Piazza Navona/Pantheon.
As for Sleep in Italy, I have used them six times and have never had a problem. I'll be using them again in July if the flight prices come down!
