Seville - Renfe tickets

Where can one buy Renfe tickets in Seville other than the train station. I am staying in the old quarter near Plaza Alfalfa.
the website is acting up and not working.

Hi Maribel, I have been looking for travel agencies without any luck. Do you know if any near the cathedral or Plaza Alfalfa. Thank you.

Try the large El Corte Inglès on Plaza del Duque de la Victoria. It has a travel agency, Vials El Corte Inglés.

I meant to write VIAJES El Corte Inglès, but I'm glad you were able to make the Renfe site work.

Some travelers with non Spain-issued credit cards that aren't part of the Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code programs sometime have trouble with a Renfe ticket purchase. The alternatives are (for a small mark up but better than Rail Europe)
Trainline
https://www.thetrainline.com

or Petrabax, the official US representative for Renfe (purchased are made. in dollars)

Yes, we ran into this issue in Barcelona last November! I'll keep the other two options in mind for our trip to Madrid and Seville in October. Thank you!
